No, they are two different hotels that belong to the same group. Both hotels are located in Villa General Belgrano, Córdoba.
Blackstone Apart Boutique is located downtown, 5 blocks from the bus terminal.
Blackstone Country Villages is located on Av. San Martín, at KM 4.5, 5 minutes by car from the center of Villa General Belgrano.
We offer the following rates:
– Accommodation only (no breakfast).
– With breakfast.
– With half board.
At Blackstone Apart Boutique, breakfast is buffet style.
At Blackstone Country Villages, breakfast is dry and delivered to the apartment to be assembled.
If you book half board, you will need to travel almost 4.5 km from the complex to the center to have lunch or dinner. Drinks are not included.
At Blackstone Apart Boutique the check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time at 10:00 a.m.
At Blackstone Country Villages the check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. and the check-out time at 10:00 a.m.
At the moment we do not have early check in or late check out service.
Covered parking is included in the rate for our apartments, with the exception of the Standard Apartment category at Blackstone Apart Boutique, which does not have covered parking.
The apartments that do have covered parking are for a single two-wheel vehicle with a maximum height of 2.10 meters per apartment or room reserved.
At the time of entry we will request the DNI, identity card or passport of all the guests who will stay at the hotel.
Yes, as long as the maximum capacity of the apart is not exceeded. This service is subject to availability and has an additional cost.
If you did not pay in advance, you must pay at the time of check in without exception.

At Blackstone Country Villages, we have a small restaurant called La Cantina, a warm space for sharing, dishes with a homemade flavor, and specialties both grilled and baked in a clay oven. It has a tree-lined patio and a terrace with the best panoramic view of the complex.
La Rotisería is also available, offering a variety of homemade meals to order and for delivery. A fully stocked grocery store with meals to heat up or products so you can be the chef in your apartment.
The official provision that exempts the VAT (21%) on accommodation expenses for foreign tourists is in force. To do this, it is necessary to meet the following requirements: 1) Pay your hotel bill by means of an international debit or credit card issued outside the Argentine Republic. 2) present for digitization, at the time of payment, your passport (or valid identity document) with the stamp of entry to the country or ticket issued by the Directorate of Migration of your entry. 3) No Argentine and / or Argentina may have stayed in the same room during the stay.
